Born on Penn Avenue,
built on craft.

Novaria Coffee Co. started with a simple belief: the best coffee experiences happen when quality ingredients, skilled hands, and genuine warmth come together.

We source single-origin beans from farms that practice sustainable agriculture, roast them in small batches, and pull every shot with the care it deserves. Our kitchen bakes croissants, scones, and bread from scratch each morning — because great coffee deserves great food beside it.

Located at 1812 Penn Avenue in Pittsburgh's vibrant Strip District-adjacent neighborhood, we've created a space that feels like a breath of fresh air — bright, calm, and unhurried. Whether you're grabbing a quick pour-over or settling in for an hour, we want you to leave feeling refreshed.
